Abstract

Self-employment has gradually become the most popular step economics, but also in social work, sociology and anthropology. There are many self-employed works. They have to work daily to earn money for their livelihood. There are many changes in the structure of entrepreneurship, especially with street vendors. With this background, the present study sought to study problems faced by street vendors in Tiruvannamalai municipality.  The researchers used a convenient sampling method. The current study selected 120 respondents, and the research is descriptive. There are also some suggestions provided to improve their street vendors.
