Archival Policy

The International Journal of Management and Development Studies (IJMDS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content.

Digital Archiving

All articles published in IJMDS are securely preserved in multiple digital formats, including PDF and XML, and are stored on reliable hosting servers with regular data backups to prevent loss or corruption.

LOCKSS and CLOCKSS

The journal supports and is open to participation in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) archival systems, which provide decentralized and distributed digital preservation to ensure continuous access to content even in the event of system failure.

Institutional and Subject Repositories

In line with its Open Access policy, IJMDS encourages authors to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, and personal academic platforms, provided proper citation to the journal is maintained.

Metadata Indexing and Preservation

Comprehensive article metadata is indexed and preserved through recognized academic indexing and abstracting services to enhance discoverability, retrievability, and long-term accessibility.

DOI and CrossRef Registration

Each published article is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through CrossRef, ensuring persistent linking, accurate citation, and reliable access to scholarly content.
