Abstract

Organisational growth and long-term competitiveness are now defined by digital transformation. Organisational structures, operations, and decision-making are reshaped by digital transformation, which is analysed in this paper along with the strategies that drive it and the obstacles that impede its implementation. Organisations can adapt to fast technological change while maintaining a balance between efficiency, creativity, and sustainability, according to the research, which draws on a comprehensive examination of academic literature and case-based evidence. Specifically covered are methods for risk governance, the function of digital infrastructure, strategies for leadership and change management, and the integration of digital projects into overarching company goals. In addition to profitability and productivity, the study takes into account how organisations measure performance outcomes in relation to agility, staff engagement, and customer experience. In order to help organisations navigate the benefits and challenges of digital transformation and remain resilient and adaptable in a constantly changing global market, this paper combines theoretical insights with practical implementations to give a framework of best practices.
