Abstract

Workplace flexibility and hybrid work culture have emerged as transformative workplace practices, fostering productivity and employee satisfaction. Workplace flexibility empowers employees to tailor work schedules, enhancing work-life balance and reducing burnout. Meanwhile, hybrid work models combine in-office and remote work, promoting autonomy and adaptability. Together, these approaches improve job satisfaction, attract top talent, and boost organizational efficiency. Businesses benefit from increased employee engagement and reduced overhead costs, while workers enjoy greater freedom and control over their work environment. By embracing these modern strategies, organizations can create a dynamic and resilient workforce suited to evolving professional and personal demands. The main objective of this research paper is to explore the Impact of Workplace Flexibility on Employees Job Satisfaction in IT Sector.
