Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly become a catalyst for digital transformation, fundamentally altering human resource management (HRM) practices across various industries. This study explores the integration of AI within HRM in educational institutions, aiming to assess the benefits, challenges, and strategic implications of AI adoption. Through an analysis of AI's potential to enhance workforce efficiency, decision-making, and management, the research identifies critical barriers such as ethical concerns, financial constraints, and technological readiness. By addressing these factors, the study provides insights into effectively leveraging AI for optimized HRM practices, contributing to a nuanced understanding of AI's role in modernizing educational administration.
